CHENNAI: Absence of a permanent regulator for the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority(TNRERA) and non-compliance of rules on par with the Central Act came into sharp criticism with Union housing and urban affairs minister Hardeep Singh Puri expressing his dissatisfaction over it.Though the Union minister made the statement during his address in the presence of deputy chief minister O Panneerselvam at the inauguration of a regional workshop on implementation of the real estate act in the southern states on Friday,he later clarified that his intention was not to criticise.
